For 25 years, I’ve assisted individuals in and around the education sector at different stages of their lives. I’ve coordinated resources, managed various systems, and worked through complex regulations, including funding and data protection, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
I bring expertise in administration, event/project management, and training, with a proven ability to solve problems independently and efficiently. I’m proficient at utilising Microsoft Office tools, online research, databases, and assistive technologies.

I have worked with Justine for a number of years and have found her to be an excellent colleague. Justine is highly organised and extremely reliable, approaching work with care and completing tasks accurately and efficiently. She has strong IT skills and is able to quickly learn new systems and processes, and also supports colleagues where needed. Justine, this year, as always, you have been exceptional at your role. You have carried out line management responsibilities with ease and did an incredible job of supporting staff through a difficult time of upheaval. You have continued to plan and deliver events to an extremely high standard. You have responded to the huge rise in referrals for transition into university support with creativity and pragmatism and have developed and coordinated a fantastic service offer for these students in a very short length of time.
I really appreciated all your input and support for the Information Day, and really enjoyed working with you on it. I continue to admire your brilliant presentation and facilitation skills. I know that you struggle with your confidence for ongoing appointments, but I am certain that students have a fantastic experience when they see you. This is evidenced in the success of a student with high support needs who you took on and supported brilliantly through the final stages of their degree. I have really valued your pragmatism, intelligence and wisdom through a very challenging year for the team.
